Roscoe's arrival follows the recent addition of Sofiya Bumagin, who joined Greenberg Traurig's London Energy & Natural Resources Practice from Sidley Austin. The two hires add complementary transactional capabilities to the firm's London offering, with Roscoe advising on energy M&A, project development, and commercial matters, and Bumagin focusing on infrastructure M&A and investments for private equity firms and other private capital providers.
