Singer-songwriter will connect with students across the U.S. and London through music and conversations about his personal and creative journey

STAMFORD, Conn., Nov. 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Beyond Now Experiences, a program of Summer Discovery Group, today announced a partnership with singer-songwriter Harry Hudson, who will participate in all six Beyond Now Summits in 2027. Hudson will connect with students through musical performances and conversations about his career, personal challenges and creative journey.

Hudson is the first speaker announced for the full six-city series, part of Beyond Now's recently announced expansion to 76 experiences. His latest single, "Heart Break Rodeo," was released Nov. 4. Listen here.

Appearances will vary by city, including live performances, fireside conversations and student Q&A sessions focused on creativity, overcoming challenges and building a career in music. Special guests from music, entertainment and culture will join him at select events.

"Few people are more qualified to carry that message than Harry. He turned the hardest chapter of his life into music that has helped millions of people feel less alone, and he did it by showing up and telling the truth."

Hudson began pursuing music as a teenager before a cancer diagnosis in 2013 interrupted his early career. Following treatment, he returned to songwriting and recording, releasing Yesterday's Tomorrow Night in 2018 and Hey, I'm Here For You in 2020. His music and advocacy explore resilience, grief, mental health and human connection.

Some of the most meaningful moments come from being honest about what we've been through and learning from each other. Each Beyond Now Summit brings students together with leaders across business, technology, entertainment, sports and culture. Through interactive sessions and direct conversations, students explore potential careers, ask questions and learn how accomplished professionals found their way. Hudson's participation gives students a chance to hear how creativity, setbacks and personal experiences can shape a career, while encouraging them to consider possibilities for their own futures.

Tickets for Miami go on sale Nov. 9 at gobeyondnow.com, followed by the Bay Area on Nov. 16 and New York on Nov. 23. These three Summits are open to students independently of Summer Discovery enrollment. Austin and Los Angeles are reserved for Summer Discovery students; London is available to Atlas Summer Courses students.
